Q. How do I book a daiquiri or frozen cocktail machine for our next party?
A. You can email your details to us with the date of your party and your contact details. We will get in
touch with you to confirm your booking, or you can call us on 0420 968 705.

Q. When will the daiquiri machine be delivered?
A. We will arrange a suitable time to deliver the daiquiri machine when we call you. We will usually
deliver the machine in the 24 hours leading up to your party.

Q. What flavour cocktails are available?
A. See our flavours page for details on what is available. If you have a specific request for a flavour
that we do not list, please let us know and we will do our best to get it for you.

Q. Do we need to provide Ice?
A. NO. Do not add ice to these machines. It will cause damage to the machine.

Q. How do we operate the machine?
A. The machines are quite simple to operate. When we deliver and set up the machine we will show
you how to use it. Should you have any questions during your party, please do not hesitate to call us.

Q. What do we put the machine on?
A. The machines are quite heavy (80kg when full), so will need to be put on a sturdy table or bench.

Q. What sort of power outlet is needed for the machine?
A. The machine runs of a standard 10 amp power outlet.

Q.Can I use my own cocktail recipe in the machine?
A. Yes and No. You can customise the alcohol mix that you add to the machine to make a uniquie
daiquiri or cocktail.
The cocktail base that this is made on must be provided by us. This is to ensure that no damage is
caused to the daiquiri machine by overfreezing.

Q.Do I need to clean the machine at the end of the party?
A. No. We will clean the machine. If you can empty out any left over product at the end of the party
that would certainly be appreciated though.

Q. Are these machines available for childrens parties?
A. Yes. We provide slushie machines for a lot of childrens parties. We have a range of bases that
are free from Artificial additives and artificial colours. These are specifically produced with kids in
mind. Please contact us for details.

Q. Do we need to supply our own Alcohol?
A. Yes. Daiquirihire.com does not supply the alcohol for your cocktails. We can suggest what to
buy, and you are then able to purchase it at the best price from your local bottle shop.

Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. We deliver free to most areas on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. See a detailed list of suburbs
that are in our free delivery area.
If you are outside these areas, please call us and we will see what we can do to get a machine to
you.

Q. Do you have machine available for Long term hire?
A. Yes we do. We have many machines in Cafe's, restaraunts and other retail outlets. Contact us
for details on how to get a slushy machine for your business.
